Default Ranger 621 v Trailer locks

After hearing about Roberts 621 getting ripped off. I am going to get a pin and a coupler lock. What are other 621 owners using?

I actually bought mine from Ranger, don't remember the price but I don't think it was outrageous. Check their website.

Default Trailer Locks

TriMax make all kinds. When disconnected from the truck, I always use the wheel lock assembly along with the other two (2) hitch locksshown in the attached pictures.
NOTE: Due to thefts, my insurance company wanted to see how I locked-up the unit when it was stored or not being towed, so these pictures were provided.

Is your theft problem that bad that you lock you pickup and trailer like that every night. ? If so I feel bad for you, I really do.

Thanks guys. I cant find anything on the Ranger site so I will check out the local dealer. I like the hitch setup Dave A has. I wouldnt need a wheel lock (I would probably forget it was on).

Yeah, but your fender may remember those few feet forever if you put it on the wrong rotation...
