Heard on the radio today maybe up to 100 barges stranded on the Mississippi due to low water. Wonder if this will affect the championship. I'm sure the fishing will change just wondered about the boat ramps? Sure doesn't sound too good for anyone.
We got a little rain tonight, maybe things are looking up.

Down about 12 feet where the barges are, that's about 700 miles south of the Championship.

I believe the river is about as low as it has ever been in recent history.
With a few days of rain things can change a lot in less than one week. I believe the FLW Championship is late October at Quad Cities. MWC is Mid October in PDC, WI.

pools 14,15,16,17 are only a foot below historic norms. so it shouldn't change that much from other years. but we've not had many normal springs or falls here lately.

Had a FLW tourney this past weekend in Prairie. Drove by the weigh in on my way to Cabelas.
