Dang I didn't notice that.

Might be worth the wait for those interested though. $250 is a big savings on something only $350.

Lowrance did lower the price on these awhile ago, and we have been selling them for $99.99 regular price.

They should be $99 just about anywhere, and there was a $99 rebate too, when you singed up for one year of service, so it was free hardware. Not sure if it is too late for that.

Now is it worth it? Not convinced, but it has come in handy, I stayed dry just Sunday knowing the rain was bearing down on Green Bay. BUT, I could see it coming too, so who knows. If I didn't have my daughter along I would have stayed as it did indicate little or no lightening. And that the rain was going to be gone quickly.

Default Lwx-1

Well ..i activated mine this spring and in my opinion the jury is still out. I am on the Canadian side of Lake Ontario and there are a lot of times i get "false rain readings" when i can clearly see there is not a cloud in the sky. Its only $10 bucks a month so i will continue to use it. There are not any real settings on it to adjust so....
