Default Huron-Vermilion areas Monday,Nov.22

There have been 3 days of decent fishing out of the boats for walleye in the area. the 27 n/s to the 34 lines, and the 24 to the 31 lines e/w have been the better areas to fish. this is a big area to fish but the fish are in the whole area. some are being caught high, and some are deep, it is a trial and error deal.do both and try to get a pattern going, or talk to otheer boaters and see what they are doing. in the afternoon the fish seem to be coming up higher. there have been some large walleye caught, the heaviest being 13 3/4 lbs that i have seen myself. an hour before dark the fish seem to be turning on towards the banks, the 20 foot to 7 foot of water is a good bet, 2 hours after dark it slows down a lot. some were caught in deeper water at night, but those too were being caught close to the top 6 foot or less. reefrunners, ripsticks, rattlin rogues, thundersticks, and bombers have been doing their thing. rainbow, clown, eriedescent, fried chicken, cheap sunglasses, chartreuse/orange, and perch are the better colors. the daytime speed has been from 1mph to 2.2mph. the night speed has been from .5 to 1mph. i hope this helps everyone. good luck and good fishin.
