Default Water Level is on the Rise

Water levels in Lake Francis Case are rising from
a low Elevation of around 1338 on Dec. 1, 1999. Lake Elevation is currently 1341. Lake Elevations can be viewed by going to http://www.nwd-mr.usace.army.mil/rcc/index.html, Sellect "Plots" under "Missouri River Basin". Click on "Ft Randall" on the lower part of the screen. Will bring up a Lake Elevation plot for the last 14 days. They have cut releases as I noticed on TV river stage at Sioux City is around 12.5 feet verus over 18' prior to December 1.
