ice fishing on Iowa Great Lakes

Has anyone have a current report for Spirit Lake
how thick is the ice, planning to go Sunday

I have not been on the lake itself, but I live just over the border in Minn and we have anywhere from 8 to 10 inches. Last I heard a few perch and some eyes at sundown off buffalo run.

i was out off templer park a couple days ago and got a few 12 to 14 inch eyes in about 12 ft of water.almost straight out from boat ramp.was using wax worms at the time 4 perch.using a pilkie
chartreause in color. tight lines(saw some crazy on the middle of the lake in his truck)
