Walleye on the Saginaw River

Can anyone tell me if there is open water on the Saginaw river sufficient to launch a boat. Need to satisfy my walleye jones - need to get out this weekend. Let me know where I can launch and if it has been productive. Thanks in advance.

Vet's Park,in Bay City had open water today about noon time.The launch was open and clear of ice,but alot of ice flows coming down.Two boats were coming in when I got there.One guy said him and his partner got there limit today from the break wall acorss the river from the launch,Might be a good starting point for the weekend.
