Little River Lake, Ia.

Is there any ice on and has anybody fished it recently?

Don't know about little river, but know Rathbun is unsafe. Some guys went down last wk. and caught some 15 inch crappies; but this wk. they were told that the ice was unsafe. Up here in E. central Ia. the ponds I have been fishing have only 4 inches of ice. Check out some ponds if you can. If you can find one with some slightly off-colored water you will find some eager biters.
