Genoa-Dresbach POOL8-9 MIssissippi

Fishing through ice was good on Sat although Northern were the main prize. Sun. both locations were slow except for 8-12 inch sauger. Sun was no suprise huge weather change first Spring warm front rolled in Saturday Late.

Mountain man do you think the pools will open up this weekend? want to bring some friend over for a good time

The difference between Sun and this afternoon are unbelievable but at best this weekend there will still be lots of floating ice probably to much to enjoy fishing. With 8-12 inches of ice in many places on Sunday I really doubt the ice will break
up that much. I'll post again Thursday morning..
