Default RE: BULL HEAD FISHING

Umpie-Have Gramps take a nap- then take him out after dark for bullheads under lighted slipbobbers. The best structures I've found are weed humps, surrounded by deep water.Set your bobber depth just above the weeds.Being a night fisherman, I've found that eyes and bullheads often go hand in hand. In fact, they will congregate on the portion of structure containing the most forage just as walleye do. If I hook up with the bullheads- it's just a matter of time before I hook up with the walleyes.I get some dandies- 12-16in, not bad for a bullhead- big enough to be fun to catch. Lou in Alex.
