Default Lake MI

I will be going to charlevoix the first of May
can anyone tell me how low Lake MI is. Last year
we went at the same time and it was 4 feet low.
We had problems getting the boat in and out at
East Jordan. Thanks

In reference to Lake Charlevoix. The water is expected to be low again this year but this has made the fishing easier. They can't hide anywhere right now. Fish the weed beds hard. during the day jig with leeches and at night throw small mnnow baits. So far this year have been getting real nice fish. Range of 2 - 10 pounders. Need anymore info call me at 517-393-6115. ask for Mike.

It is about 12" lower than last year. And still headed down!

I know i replied to another message on fishing in mich. Right now were killing the perch, extremly hot! This winter we caught a few nice pike a couple over 45 inches, and some browns. Walleye were pretty good over by the island too. Good luck!
