Sorry WR Ive been honey doing the past few days. The walleye bite was slow for us. The last day I did develop a weedless jig pattern. Fish the edges with leeches stay vertical late in the day was best. I must say it was dead calm for us never did get the chop. All other species were very hungry. Ended up with 3 fish around 22". Good luck to ya and let us know how you do.

Spampy
A couple of questions for you 1). What resort you stay at? 2). What kind of weedless jig you using? 3). What size of jig? 4). How deep of water? 5). Any nice crappie or largemouth? |

Spampy,
You get any of those dandy Dead Lake Bass or Crappie? Last year we got a 6 1/2 pound largemouth near grass island and when I was a high school kid(a few years back) I got a 16" crappie from "Good Ol" Dead Lake. Still kicking myself for not mounting that Crappie. Sounds like you got three real nice Walleye. Did you get any smaller 'eyes? You try bottom bouncing for deep 'eyes?
