I haven't been on the bridges yet either but the bite there usually doesn't start till they start letting down the lakes for the winter draw down. Thats usually around the first of Nov. Idon't know when for sure.I should be on Piedmont next Mon. I generally try the shallows first. Do you have any good hot spots to share.

bigray,
i've been fishing around the 7-oaks area at the upper end in about 4 ft. also outside the marina bay around to the right. there i fish in about 10 ft. i have been dragging a jig w/minnow.
alot of guys have been using white or yellow but i have been doing blue. not much size 14 to 16 inches. i don't think i'll be there monday, watch for a green and white 24 ft pontoon w/ bottomline on the front of the canopy. might see ya at the bridges on 799 i am usually at 1st or smaller bridge.

Was there on the bridge 2 days ago. Caught one bass on a firetiger husky jerk and lost a big one that I didn't see. Last year on the 27th of Oct. seen two walleyes that went 10 lbs caught within a half hour of each other. My buddy caught one of them it was 28 inches 10.8 lbs.
