Fished Clear Lake, Ia. last week, Tue, Wed and Fri, talked with two different guys in Mn boat, and none of us had a hit. this was Friday. I didn't have a hit Tue or Wed. I went over this morning (april 24th) same thing, not a hit. tried three ways, floaters, twisters, nothing working for me. I was told down at the local Maid-Rite early this morning that the waders fishing the outlet Sunday afternoon were taking some nice walleyes. My son just called and he said that he was fishing Dodges Point (just north east of John Ruen's home) in six foot of water and he nailed a eighteen incher. The guys have been pulling in some northerns and walleyes early in the morning at East Park (Mason City)The Winnebago river runs though the park. Some of you good fisherman give me some hints on what I'm doing wrong. Good fishing Troops.
