Any reports on the walleye...would like to come up that way this weekend if it is worth the drive.

there was a report on GFO's ice fishing page that someone got 4-5 16 to 18 inch eyes through the ice....jigging vibe-e's with minnows...

Wonder how much Ice there is. Its is suspose to be cold the rest of the week.

Ray,
Have been fishing Mosquito since last Sat,in fact just got home.
You now have 3-4"of ice over the entire lake.Lots of fish being caught in front of Cemetary,Walnut Creek and off #305 roadbed.Gold Vibees,blue/silver,fire tiger jigging raps.Make sure you tip these lures with a piece of minnow.

A guy from work has been catching fish in late afternoon (perch walleye) I think I heard him say off 88...bite after 4 pm

Ray,
7" of ice the entire South end,come on up.#305 the hottest area now.Go to the crowd,but stay on the outside of them.Dont fish any deeper than 15'
