Default Edgewater area

We headed off edgewater today to see what's shakin. Plenty of marks again at 52' and mostly caught a bunch of those 6" walleye from last years hatch. I heard they were all over at the islands also. Release them gentley since in a few years they are going to give us some real good fishing.
We then worked out to 63' and hit into a few steelhead off #20 jets. No walleye today and just white bass/sheephead mixed in. Mayfly hatch all over out there for I'm sure that isn't helping things. Once that clears I'm sure things will really take off.
One boat was doing well out in 76' water but 20 miles was just a bit much for us today.
Good fishin, Mark
