It's been cold and windy, and the fishing has been marginal, but the study warm up should have them snapping by the weekend. There will be lots of guys fishing. Traditional hot spots would be west of Green, between Green and Rattlesnake, west of west reef, north of west reef, on the line from north of North Bass to Middle Island. Harnesses, weapons, bottom bouncers or cranks should all be workable. Have fun and if you are into the smaller fish, realize that the walleyes under 18"es will not be around the larger fish.

Depending on how far you want to run there is a shallow water jig n minnow bite going on. Kelly Island Shoal, and the reef complex off of Davis Bessie. Also, if you want to perch we have been catching them off of Lakeside by the loading dock in 27 feet of water. Good luck and be safe. Paul
