Any walleyes or smallies in St.Joe's Channel(HiltonBeach)?

Can any of you nice Canadians tell me how the fishing is in the St.Joe's Channel betwen Hilton Beach and Richard's Landing? I just purchased a vacation home on St. Joe's and want to fish the area next summer. Any information would be appreciated! Thanks.
