Illinois Walleye Trail Tournament Results
Spring Valley, Illinois March 21, 2004

The Illinois Walleye Trail held its 4th tournament of the 2004 season.

68 Teams from Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan participated.

Despite dropping temperatures and windy conditions 52 teams weighed in fish.

The team of Mike Tatera, St. Charles, IL and Rick Parrott from Sparland, IL won the tournament with a 6 fish limit weighing 15.85 pounds, earning them $2820.00. They also captured the big fish honors with a 3.19 pound Sauger paying an additional $820.00.

Also with a 6 fish limit, capturing 2nd place was the team of John Dalzot, Spring Valley, Il and Tom Giachetto Jr., Ladd, IL, weighing 14.33 pounds earing them $1550.00.

Placing 3rd from Oswego Illinois was the team of Randy Carroll and Lee Scott weighing a 6 fish limit of 12.46 pounds, earning them $990.00.
