78 teams from Illinois, Indiana, and Iowa converged on Spring Valley Illinois for its fourth tournament of the 2003 Season. 

The team of Randy Carroll, Oswego, IL. and Ed Klein, Wayne, IL. won the tournament with a six fish limit weighing 12 pounds and 12ozs. Randy and Wayne were using a jig and minnow as there primary presentation. They received $3,190.00 for there winning catch. 

Placing second was the team of Tim Horneman, Schererville, Ind, and Kevin Lueden with a 6 fish limit weighing 12 pounds and 9 ounces earning them $1,7900.00. 

Rounding out the top three was Darrell Miller, St Charles, IL, and Wes Rosleth from West Chicago, Il with 6 fish scaling 12 pounds, and 7.5 ounces, for $1,130.00. 

Big Fish Honors went to the team of Robert Dorman, Bureau, IL. and Mike Doucette, Sr. Bureau, Il. with a 4 pound 1.0 ounce Sauger.
