Ron Boggs

In the past few years, Ron Boggs has held several catch and release walleye world records. He once held the world all-tackle record, the 10 pound line class, 16 pound line class and 20 pound line class world records simultaneously. 

Then he wrote an article about how to break those records and subsequently people fishing the Columbia River trophy zone eclipsed all his records.
