| We are a relatively new club (april 1997)
and already have over 25 members. we are a "fun club" in that we have relaxed
meeting atmospheres and club tournaments, all geared to beginner walleye
fishermen. they can fish and learn from all members within the club.
We have 5 touring pros (MWC & USFA)
as members so there is experience to draw from. We also teach kids
fishing classes thru the local rec dept in which a parent is required to
attend with the child. This was a great success last year and we
are expanding this year.
We belong to the Sheboygan county conservation
assoc.(a national model for sporting clubs to affiliate and work together
on conservation projects) we stock fish in urban waters for city kids to
catch .
We have one fund raiser annually at this
time (a raffle) and will donate a portion to Walleyes for Tomorrow.
We meet monthly on the third tuesday at
7pm at
Highlander Pub
