| Story: Fished one night all week. In 30 minutes, husband caught a 26 incher he released, son caught at 28-incher he released and I said I was keeping it if I caught a big fish. A few minutes later I caught my first and only walleye, 31 inches, of the week. Usually something would be going wrong with my equipment but I was using new rod, reel and line for the first time. Have been fishing same lake and from same resort, Life Of Riley, for more than 50 years and this is my biggest walleye. |
