Story: 15.70 pounder caught at Seminoe Reservoir on 07-19-03 the first day of the Wyoming Walleye Circuit tournament.
It is the new Wyoming Walleye Circuit record and it was caught on a 1/8 oz jig with a plain twister tail pitched into shallow rocks.
