for Pekin Fishermen

Danny Vinovich, Pekin has captured his third
straight point Championship of the United States Fishing Association, Team
Walleye, Illinois Division. Pairing up with Rick Parrot of Sparland they
accumulated 2353 total points. Parrot also was Vinovich's partner
for the 1997 State Point Championship and John Phillipps from EAst Peoria
teamed with Vinovich for the 1998 Championship honors.
Dan and Rick will be invited along with
the other top nine teams from the state to cmpete against the top ten teams
from 11 other Midwestern states for the $50,000 National Championship,
on Lake of the Woods in Baudette, MN, on September 27 - October 2 1999.
