How about adding a section for wild game recipies, fish, deer, small game etc..

I do have a fish recipe page already:
https://www.walleyecentral.com/recipe.shtml

But we can certainly expand on that.

There is a LOT of information on the Home page (click the link above)

I do this in Canada every year.

Take the breast of the pheasant and cut into strips
Wrap the strips in bacon
marinate for about a 1/2 hour in Tame and Game
Grill

Hump,

Sounds good. I have a similar way for pheasant and duck.
Again strip the meat, wrap with 1/2 slice of bacon, add 2 or 3 chunks of diced mild peppers and put a tooth pick through the ball and bake.

Makes great snacks and the wife and kids love them.

Simple and easy for wally's.... Pretzel fish.

pretzels, crush them in a bag with a rolling pin to a fine powder but with a few chunks for crispy crust/batter.
Take wally's and dry them, now dip into milk and roll them in the pretzel batter,
deep fry at 375 until golden brown. Salt to taste(each pretzel brand is different).
These are great and so easy I can do it.
