Too much...

Flo and her ad on every page is too much! The other ads don't bother me, but this new ad is over the top. I'm not ready to quit but too much is too much!

The ads are based off of the user's history. We have no control over what ads you see. There not audio ads?

I doubt this one is that way Mo. I do not look for insurance online. I use WC's Bob Luellen for my insurance. :)

Anyway, I see Flo (Progressive Insurance) on every page too. "Click for free quote" type deal. There 's no reason for me to being seeing it.

I know the main ad on the homepage is a history type deal thingy, as it often shows up with dog toys and boat accessory ads. :)

Sorry, I do not search for insurance coverage on the net. I wouldn't mind seeing pop up ads for places I search on a regular basis. Nothing against Flo, but I don't need to see her adds on every page!

All I'm seeing is a 1" by 2" box. No Flo, just print. Didn't even notice it until Dave made mention.

After years of web use, advertising is just part of the deal. I hardly notice them as long as they aren't "pop-ups". This site is after all a business. I only see the top of the screen for a few seconds before I scroll through the threads anyway.

Fix is simple ....... switch to Google Chrome browser and add the Adblock add-on. No more ads on Walleye Central. Until you do this, forget it.

Or Firefox with Ad-aware. I can't surf anywhere w/o Ad-aware.

Any browser which allows you to utilize a ad blocker will help this issue out.
