What products do you use or install methods to avoid having multiple wires running to the battery? Currently have multiple electronic wires running to the battery and sitting on the same terminal. Would like to clean this up if possible.

How many wires? Fused or not-fused?

Spend some time perusing the Blue Sea site, you'll find lots of options.

I use Marinco to attach multiple wires to a battery post. Here is a picture of my T/M batteries. These were installed in 2003, and this picture is from 2009. so they are a little dirty & disorganized.

Less is better. Try installing a fused block and run your wires to it.

I did this exact thing. Ran two heavy gauge wires from the battery to this Blue Sea block with a kill switch in between. Works great and cleans up the battery terminals.

You may want to cover your positive battery terminals. It may be required
by the Coast Guard or your state.
Just a heads up. :)

I agree, less is better, I use fuse boxes to separate and distribute power. Another plus is that the fuse for each device is now easily accessible.

This may have already been covered but I use bluesea terminal blocks for both positive and ground. Keeps things simple.

Things you should directly connect to the battery are chargers and motors, both electric and gas.

All battery terminals on charter boats are required by the coast guard to be covered, not sure if it's that way for civilian boats but no matter what it's the right thing to do.

I like to keep it clean at the main battery so I went with this set-up. In addition to this I run a Blue Sea Fuse Block system off the main battery as well. I know exactly where all fuses are in line and then of course at the block. Rigging your own boat helps out a bunch when trying to troubleshoot problems.

Are those terminals sold by Mercury? that's the type I am looking into. Do you like them and may I ask how much$ they are?

Is that a pair of the terminals or do you need a $75 piece per battery post?
