SO the root cause of the drain was the radio was wired into the wrong switch. The boat does not have a master power switch so it was suppposed to be wired the to switch. They did not do this and it was creating the drain. Go figure...The dealers lame excuse was that got busy and there ATV guy rig the boat rather than there boat rigger...
