Got ice? Lake Hanska giving up descent eyes 4 to 9 ft.The ice is between 4 to 8 inches and not in real good shape on most lakes in this area.We have been fishing 7 different lakes.Fox Lake small eyes in 9 ft to 16 ft.Small crappies big perch and monster gills and other large toothy preda.Ice conditions poor but walkeable in most areas.Small presentations are catching eyes here.More lookers then takers coming to the camera.Hopefully with some colddd weather in near future ice conditions will inprove.Find the greennnn weeds near sharp breaks are the key for us.Eyes and large panfish.Keep it simple have fun be careful see ya on the iceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee,D.D.

Got ice?L.Hanska 2 inches to 6 getting fish shallow 4 to 6 ft.Anything that makes noise bringing fish to the hole but not sealing the deal.Buck shots rattletraps small fatheads and shinners on tip-ups turning a few eyes.Ice conditions in most places are not good enough for me to venture to bottlenecks mainlake points, and vertical edges. Most fish small 14 to 15 inches. We are releasing them all.perch explosion is feeding most eyes late fall most keeper eyes reveiled 4 to 6 inch perch in there bellies. The forage base is very high this year.In most lakes even in our perch lakes.Be careful on the ice.D.D.
