Wood sealer

I used the penetrating epoxy resin and hardener kit on the boards after I drilled out the holes for the transom bolts and splashwell drains

I did not see, but did you do any kind of sealing on the wood after drilling all of the hole that were going to be in the transom before putting it back into the boat to avoid future moisture entrance?

Crestliner Transom rebuild

Frank from Calumet Marine is the man. I used all his advice and tried my best to do this on my own.
