Bobby, I don't see a 9.9 E-TEC. The 9.8 Evinrude 4-stroke has the typical 6 amp alternator.

Wait time on them for an order now is 16 weeks. Good you ordered when you did. Sounds like they are pretty popular.

Spot shooter Quick update -

The motor is still on order, originally they told me that it would be shipped at the end of March, but Iím thinking someone pulled a few favors and they re-allocated the kicker to a buddy - basically because I donít have mine.

Well.. itís a good motor anyway, lets hope it gets there sooner rather than later.

Spot shooter I am not to worried about a pulling an electric start EFI - but opinions are nice.

It may be that they didnít list it by mistake.

MW66 It lists ďelectricĒ as the starting option. Models that have both will list electric and manual.

Where are you reading that at? It clearly shows a pull start in the pictures.
