6 bone prime rib on the Weber Silver (but didn't wanna brag about it) - can't get THAT at any steak joint now that "C.J.'s Bar & Grill" & the "Beach House Restaurant" no longer exist.
If push comes to shove, Texas Roadhouse is prolly the best chain we have here in Madison.
Prime Quarter used to have a "pick & grill yer own" deal going - but they went under. They had quality cuts and you grill it just the way you like it.

None of the local chop houses are all-that, as far as Anonymouse is concerned. Steak just isn't a big deal here.
Pick-'n'-Save for a whole tenderloin and a few New England (cold water) lobster tails and we be good just cooking in.

Jesse-WI IMO best chain - Ruth Chris most anywhere
Best steak experience I've had was at Jacobs & Co in Toronto

These days 95% of my steak is always cooked at home. Search UAMi bags on youtube, google to dry age your own beef. While your steak is resting for 5 minutes after the grill add a large spoonful of truffle butter. The melted buttery goodness will change your taste buds forever.

Maybe someone on here would remember the name of that place.
