doubleheader Idk if Iíve attached the photo of my box or not but I built this in the spring to minimize bending while fishing. It has a rod and drink holder, a space for my Hagenís worm box, and two other ample size areas for spinners, bbíers, and terminal gear. It has allowed me to fish all day without too much bending.

Hewhocookstomuch No hassle. Just place on the bottom of the boat when moving. It can be placed on the seat when stopped if want. no tying down needed.

That Minnesota guy I get that, it looks like a hassle to tie off to the seat. In any event, it looks like it works.

that's fine except where would you support the bottom?? the bottom would flop up if it's not supported.

boat vary a good bit so a variation on this may be needed.

Interesting, would it be easier to zip tie the tube to the oar lock?

this is what i've used - keeps the rods out of the bottom of the boat - cheap and light. make sure the inside diameter of the tube can hold the rods.

rod holder for camp boat

We recently fished Ogoki Reservoir with Mattice Lake Outfitters and one of their boats had rod holders for storing rods vertically. I'm looking for a lightweight hack vertical rod holder for future fly-ins. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
