Nice set up & good looking GSP!
Thanks! And good eye spotting my fishing partner in the background. He's suffering from fishing/boating withdrawal more than i am.

Great Mount
Clayton69 . How does that Ram mount work for that HDS12 ? All I read about on here is how weak they are, and in the Ram catalog it says that that mounts only good for a 8" graph. I do hope you like it, I just put my 9" on one just like it. It's mounted on the back so I was hopping it wouldn't get bounced around too bad.
The swing arm has worked flawlessly with the HDS12. I've been knocked around pretty good on Lake Ontario during some long runs and no issues with the mount at all. I'm sure you won't have any problems, especially if you've got yours mounted farther back.

Here is my HDS 9 & 7 touch units. Ram mounts on a tyee. Setup to move the 7 to bow and run off of the terrova when sitting up there.

Is there a way to share structure scan over ethernet?

That's a nice setup - I may look at doing something similar down the road. I Have a Gen3 7 at the console now and figured I'd either upgrade to a 12 or add a 9 next year if I can find a good price.

When I contacted Lowrance support they said that the Touch units (Gen2/3) can share structure scan over ethernet, I will be installing my second HDS 7 Touch and LSS-2 this weekend so won't have a chance to test it until then but according to them there is a way. My assumption is you need to select network as the source for the unit w/o the transducer connected, I'll find out in a few days.

Yes you can share structure scan via ethernet.

I make them. I can make more if people are interested.
I know it works great on Yamaha motors, I don't know if it will work on others. I would need to see a picture.
