Just got off the phone with Minn Kota regarding bluetooth upgrade with new spot lock capabilities. Anyone here have used the upgrade and how does it compare to original. Minn Kota part # 2884162. 499.99. Thanks

The upgrade application depends on the age of your Ulterra.
There was a lengthy discussion on another fishing forum not long ago about this same question. I would post a link but I do not know if it is permitted to do here.
