Ranger Ride System OP box

So...on my FS Pro the last couple of times i started my boat the Ride display says OP box not connected. If i shut down the power and restart the engine it powers up. Not sure how this system works...

I think its a temp sensor, when you fire up the electronics see what comes up on your NMEA list, you may be able to trace the wire back to see where it goes (easier with help)

I haven't seen rods rated for weight...unless you mean lure weight,which i have seen. Most rods i have rate the lb test on the rod itself but not to many with lure weight.
