I have the Legend Elite version of that rod for my Lindy rigging. Very nice rod, great action, nice soft tip, good backbone. Very worth giving it a workout each year.

I have the older model which is good, not great. The new LT model has a lot of tech trickled down from the Exist 18 which I love and have 3 of them. I would expect you to thoroughly enjoy this reel.
