most of the credit cards allow you to file online now through the insurance provider they are using. Assuming your card also has a online feature, this should be listed under travel benefits.

I do not recall my original cover ever having this issue. They can be tighten pretty well. You had to leave the pedestal seat in place at its lowest setting for it to ride correctly.
