Would that be Dutchies Trading Post? It is still there and doing business as usual. Have stopped there every year for over 30 years. It has changed hands a few times but still offers good service....

I would think the 50hp motor would be ok. A 75 would be a 100 lbs. heavier. The 50 should push that boat to 30 mph. Maybe a upgrade of the motor to 60 hp. The 50/60 backtrolls slower, better gas...
