I would go with the 101 Lb thrust trolling motor. I just went to a used 101 and it has a lot more power. Also depends on what size boat you have.

I have my 2D transducer glued in. It works fine, but it came from factory that way. You can mount your 2D transducer on transom, but you shouldn't mount up where the si/di transducer is on the step....

You could just run your HDSI transducer and capture 2D with that one instead of using the inhull transducers. You would have to move the transducer off the step since you won't get higher speed...
