My guess would be something in a 14ft hull length. My 16 foot with 60hp will NOT fit in 20 feet of length. A trailer modified with a swing tongue will reduce the length requirements.

Per Coast Guard regulations all fittings on an fuel tank installed on a watercraft must be thru the top surface (of the tank) only. This pretty much rules out a drain fitting.
