The flo-torq 8m0075402 I believe is the correct hub when running Merc Props. The original thrust washer is used and the adapter goes over it. Made of hard plastic.

I was finally able to get ahold of a 4 blade prop and hub.

Figuring out what hub you need for a Yamaha VF250 is tough.

My original prop is a reliance 3 blade, 21P, has the SDS hub, 13 3/4"...

OOps, I read that too fast.

Boat was too big for easy trailering. Not a fan of a tandem axle trailers. I do miss the extra room, but don't miss trailering it around.

Thanks for the reply...I am on the fence, 19 or 20 pitch REV4. Funny you should mention Lake Erie conditions, this is where I was having issues also.

So my current 6000 rpm 21 pitch three blade....
