Caught your post on THT , checked my 07 grey kicker hose and sure enough the liner was in a million pieces , some in the hose and some in the filter ahead of the fuel pump.

All fixed now ,new...

Size matters, 621 all the way , IMO . I own a 620 and have onefootitis!

Bigger is better .... At least in this case , all the water you mentioned is pretty big .

If you use a straight hose splice I would use brass for strenth and make sure it's the correct id.

I had an alumacraft 195 tourney pro with huge carpeted gunnels . I loved them . You could safely walk around the entire boat on them .

I had 2 "older " pinpoints , 1 needed the board replaced after about 4 years of service . Motor clinic did it for around $600 ,worked fine even after I sold it with the boat a few years later.

If its vinyl , most auto interior shops that do vinyl repair can fix it . I've dyed numerous vinyl parts such as door panels and they come out great. I think duplicolor makes vinyl dye in spray...

Mine's mounted on the port side . I have 2 batteries in the starboard compartments so I guess it balances the boat that way. the batt compartment is located on the starboard side from the factory .
