Here is another idea for you if you aren't 100% on keeping your cabinets brown. We had brown oak cabinets and painted them and it completely changed the look of our house. Just another idea for you.

ANY half ton pickup should pull a boat with no problem, let alone a 2500. Even if the boat is 5500 pounds, that is way under the tow rating. I can't even tell my boat is behind the truck.
