If Using E10 fuel, no need to add Heet or any other alcohol based type of gas line dryer. The 10% Ethanol, (it's not Methanol) is more than enough to pass moisture and prevent gas line freeze.

The compartments should already have drain holes. Problem can sometimes be,that at manufacture , when they install the vinyl floor liner,they cover them and forget to cut the hole in the vinyl....
