I attached a pic of what I'm using. I run 3 10" thick x 30" long fenders horizontally/angled (never vertical) to keep me away from every dock post & chunks of metal...90" of overly fat fenders keeping the boat pristine.

The OP said "track mount" so, maybe this is an option for some?

The Attwood cleats I'm using have holes that don't quite line up with Traxstech bases though:
