If your wife will let you angle the boat and she parks outside you could fit a 21 footer in there. But if that is a no go, it does greatly limit your options. There are other things we need to know before being able to make solid recommendations, main one would be tiller or console? For a smaller boat I would highly recommend tillers as they give you much more space. My first choice and recommendation would be a Lund Pro Guide 1675 with a 75 hp Mercury or Yamaha and some nice graphs and an Ultrex.
