The solution is simple.
Use your deck boat for fishing.
You already know that the deck boat is big, spacious, and rides like a dream.
All that you need to do is to add some depth finders - possibly a bow mount trolling motor and you should be set.
If you keep fish, just put a 50 quart cooler in the boat with ice in the cooler and that will keep your fish nice, especially if you bleed them before you put them in the cooler.
Sell your current fishing boat and you will be good to go.
