Mine do the same thing on my '16 1880. I called Ranger parts and the new replacement switches are about $17 each, the complete loaded panel was around $250.

I also called and talked to my Ranger dealer and they said they've seen lots of boats come back with those switches being a problem and Ranger is on their 3rd or 4th revision of the switch.
